FAQs

How often do I need blood tests for my hormone medications?

All hormone blood tests need to be completed at least one week before your prescription runs out.

Blood work can be required as often as every six weeks until hormones have reached optimal levels.

At that point blood work is usually required annually.

Please allow 4 business days for blood test results to be completed.

A fee of $35.00 will be charged for those who let their blood tests lapse and you have allowed your prescriptions to run out.

This requires the doctor to review your history and make several phone calls which is very time consuming.
