Cayenne.  Why?  It stops bleeding.  This could come in handy if you are at the scene of an accident, especially in a remote place. It can stop internal bleeding.  It can stop bleeding in gashes on the skin. Surprisingly, it doesn’t hurt when applied in a wound. It helps with nosebleeds. It can help if someone is having a heart attack, too. You don’t need to get the hot variety.  The mild or sweet variety works just as good.  When applying orally, apply a small amount to the tongue.

As a bonus, if you are caught in a restaurant with really boring food, sprinkle it on liberally.  If it’s the hot variety, it won’t be boring for long!
